Spring Food & Wine Festival Tenterfield

These Terms & Conditions apply to all events presented as part of the Tenterfield Spring Food & Wine Festival unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing a ticket or attending a festival event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Tickets

• Tickets must be purchased through the official ticketing platform unless otherwise advised.
• A valid ticket is required for entry.
• Tickets are generally transferable to another guest prior to the event. Please contact the organiser if you wish to transfer your booking.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive or disruptive.

2. Event Information

Event programs, schedules, presenters, menus, exhibitors and entertainment may change without notice if circumstances require.

Every effort will be made to deliver the advertised experience; however, substitutions may occur where necessary.

3. Dietary Requirements

For events that include food service (including Wild Dining and Talk & Taste sessions), dietary requirements should be advised at the time of booking.

While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary requirements, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

4. Responsible Service of Alcohol

Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 years and over.

Valid photo identification may be requested.

Alcohol service may be refused to anyone who is intoxicated, underage or behaving inappropriately.

5. Photography & Videography

Photography and videography may be undertaken throughout the festival for promotional and marketing purposes.

By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in festival publications, social media and promotional material unless you advise the organiser in writing prior to the event.

Guests are welcome to take photographs for personal use, provided they do not interfere with presenters, exhibitors or other attendees.

6. Accessibility

The festival aims to be as accessible as possible.

Guests requiring assistance are encouraged to contact the organiser prior to the event so reasonable arrangements can be made.

7. Liability

Attendees participate at their own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness or theft arising from attendance at the festival, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings.

8. Event Changes or Cancellation

The organiser reserves the right to alter event programs, venues, presenters or timings where necessary.

If an event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be offered an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Where events are affected by circumstances beyond the organiser’s reasonable control (including severe weather, fire, flood, public health directions or venue restrictions), events may be modified, postponed or cancelled.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Wild Dining at Glenrock Gardens

• Cancellations received on or before 17 September 2026 will receive a refund, less any non-refundable booking or processing fees.
• Cancellations received from 18 September 2026 onwards are non-refundable.

Spring Food & Wine Experience

• Cancellations received on or before 25 September 2026 will receive a refund, less any non-refundable booking or processing fees.
• Cancellations received from 26 September 2026 onwards are non-refundable.

If We Cancel the Event

If an event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be offered either:

• a full refund; or
• transfer to a rescheduled event (where applicable).
